Observation

2c) Sound machines with cords were seen accessible to children. One sound machine was placed on the floor with the cord plugged in next to the open slats of a crib that was currently used. There is a cooler bag with a shoulder strap placed on teh counter. The highchairs are placed against the kitchen counter where children can access the strap easily and get it wrapped around their neck. Licensor unplugged the sound machine during the visit and removed it from the room as Sunita was busy with the babies and seated in the nap room during nap time. The sound machine was placed in the small nap room, not currently used and the door pulled closed. 2d) plastic bags are used to secure the cupboard doors in the kitchen, by wrapping them around the handles. 3g) a small circular cover with wires attached was pulled away from the wall in the large nap room. The wires were exposed.
